증상 : 피씨와 모바일에서 파일을 다운로드하면 잘못된 파일이거나 손상된 파일이라고 하면서 열리지 않음.

해결 : 

1) 파일 인코드 서버와 맞는 지 확인 : UTF-8 서버에서 파일이 UTF-8 BOM 형태이면 다운로드 정상적으로 안 됨

2) $original = urlencode($file['bf_source']);  이하의 소스 주석처리하고 하단의 소스 추가
